About Us

We are locally owned, family restaurant featuring modern décor and American Cuisine. The menu offers a great selection of appetizers that you can taste for half price, Monday - Thursday during the hours of 3:00 to 6:00 pm. For lunch and dinner, you can enjoy a selection of salads, sandwiches, pastas, steaks and seafood.  Make sure you save room for dessert or a dessert wine from our extensive wine list.  

The restaurant is very spacious and designed to host your small or large events. We have a beautiful patio with a great lake view, small dining rooms for an intimate dinner and a large bar for an elevated bar experience. We have space to dine with your friends and family, or come with your colleagues for a lunch or business meeting in our event space. We have it all.  

District 36 wine selection takes you around the world. We have staff trained with wine knowledge to help with your selection.  We have a large craft beer selection, martinis and cocktails, some of which feature our own “Urban Bourbon”.  Urban Bourbon is a select single barrel bourbon from the award winning Buffalo Trace Distillery.

The owners of District 36, Wine Bar and Grille are Dave and Jean Thompson, and Sean Munro.
